Globex Mining, Queenston Mining drilling Wood Pandora property in Canada

EBR Staff Writer Published 13 July 2012

Queenston Mining and Globex Mining Enterprises have started an eight-hole, 5,200m diamond drill program on Wood Pandora Joint Venture (JV) property situated near Cadillac, Quebec, Canada.

The Wood Pandora JV property is positioned near the gold localizing Cadillac Break and the LaRonde Mine property.

The company, following a detailed review and compilation of the historical data, is targeting the Cadillac Break situated near the W-11-92 hole on the JV property where mineralization remains open both east and west along strike and to depth.

The Wood and Central Cadillac deposits on the JV property have historic inferred mineral resources of 1.43 million tons grading 5.3 g/t Au.

The Lapa Gold deposit currently being mined by Agnico-Eagle occurs on the Cadillac Break 3km to the east and the Lapa deposit begins at a vertical depth similar to the depth of the mineralization encountered in JV hole W-11-92.

Globex and Queenston own 50% interest in the Wood Pandora property.
